For my final project in school I have choosen to propose a Kayak-Canoe Center in the city where I came from, Falticeni, in Suceava county, Romania, because there are a lot of young people who are practicing this sport, but they only have an outside place to train during summer time, and in the rest of the year they have just to wait for the good weather. The Kayak-Canoe Center will be built on a free playground of the "Nada Florilor" Park and will include in the extended area both a specially dedicated zone for the athletes and spaces accessible to the general public. The rowers will benefit from a training area (228 sqm), which is extremely important, considering that at the moment all of them, in the entire northern region of Moldavia can only train when the outside weather allows them, on one of the "Nada Florilor" lakes, and they do not have access to a covered space, especially equipped with the necessary equipment. There is such a center in Iasi, but it is dedicated to the juniors and is therefore insufficient for the large number of rowers in this area (about 120-130). In addition to this training area, the rowers will also have a space of accommodation (23 double rooms) and a dining area (a restaurant with a capacity of 40 people). The adjiacent spaces will consist in a kayak storage room (366 sqm), a kayak-canoe repair room (98 sqm) and all the other technical spaces necessary for the various existing functions: locker for athletes and coaches, medical cabinet, massage cabinet, classrooms (3 rooms with a capacity of 6 or 10 people), two of which can join together to form a conference room. At the basement, the adjacent spaces consist of a heating plant (29 sqm), central ventilation (27 sqm), underground parking (7 places), antiatomic shelter (84 sqm), changing rooms for staff. For athletes, on the ground floor there is also a social space (124.5 sq m) near the main entrance. The public, made up of both locals and tourists, will have access not only outside of this complex, in the area of gradines, where sports competitions can be traced and they will also be able to try this sport themselves, but will have opened for them the restaurant with a terrace and a wardrobe (with a capacity of 40 persons + terrace), as well as a small museum dedicated to kayak-canoeing in Romania (171 sqm), and a souvenir shop (71 sqm), along with an info point (16 sqm). Besides the design part of the project, I have also studied the technical part and did all the necesary details so that the project can be explained and understood. Für mein letztes Projekt in der Schule, habe ich mich entschieden, ein Kajak-Kanoe-Zentrum in meiner Heimstadt vorzuschlagen, Falticeni, im Bezirk Suceava, Rumänien, denn es gibt viele junge Leute, die diesen Sport treiben, aber sie haben nur einen äußeren Platz, um sich während der Sommerzeit zu trainieren, und im Rest des Jahres haben sie gerade auf das gute Wetter zu warten. Das Kajak-Kanoe-Zentrum wird auf einem freien Spielplatz des Parks "Nada Florilor" gebaut und wird in die erweiterte Fläche sowohl eine speziell gewidmet Zone für die Athleten und Räume für das Publikum zugänglich sein. Die Ruderer werden von einem Trainingsgelände (228 qm) profitieren, was sehr wichtig für alle von ihnen ist, wenn man bedenkt, dass zur Zeit alle von ihnen, in der gesamten nördlichen Region von Moldawien können nur trainieren, wenn das Außenwetter ihnen erlaubt, auf einem der "Nada Florilor" Seen, und sie haben keinen Zugang zu einem überdachten Raum, besonders ausgestattet mit der notwendigen Ausrüstung. Es gibt ein solches Zentrum in Iasi, aber es ist den Junioren gewidmet und ist daher unzureichend für die große Anzahl von Ruderern in diesem Bereich (ca. 120-130). Neben diesem Trainingsplatz, haben die Ruderer auch einen Platz für Unterkunft (23 Doppelzimmer) und ein Essraum (ein Restaurant mit einer Kapazität von 40 Personen). Die angrenzenden Räume bestehen aus einem Kajak-Abstellraum (366 qm), einem Kajak-Kanoe-Reparatur Zimmer (98 qm) und allen anderen technischen Räumen, die für die verschiedenen vorhandenen Funktionen notwendig sind: Schließfach für Athleten und Trainer, medizinisches Kabinett, Massagenraum, Klassenzimmer (3 Zimmer mit einer Kapazität von 6 oder 10 Personen), von denen ywei zu zu einem Konferenzraum zusammenkommen können. Im Keller bestehen die angrenzenden Räume aus einer Zentralheizung(29 qm), zentrale Belüftung (27 qm), Tiefgarage (7 Plätze), antiatomischer Schutz (84 qm), Umsteigen Zimmer für Personal. Für Athleten, gibt es im Erdgeschoss auch einen sozialen Raum (124,5 qm) in der Nähe des Haupteingangs. Das Publikum, bestehend aus Einheimischen und Touristen, wird nicht nur außerhalb dieses Komplexes, im Bereich der Gradines sitzen, wo Sportwettkämpfe geschaut werden können und sie auch diesen Sport selbst ausprobieren können, aber kann das Restaurant mit einer Terrasse und einer Garderobe (mit einer Kapazität von 40 Personen + Terrasse), betretten sowie ein kleines Museum für Kajak-Kanoe in Rumänien (171 qm) und ein Souvenir-Shop (71 qm), zusammen mit einem Info-Punkt (16 qm) besuchen. Neben dem Designteil des Projektes habe ich auch den technischen Teil studiert und alle notwendigen Details gemacht, so dass das Projekt erklärt und verstanden werden kann.
